Operating procedures of automatic box pasting machine:

Carefully check the work order and samples, determine the glue box used, and prepare it.

Adjust the width of the baffle of the box to be pasted. Both sides should be parallel, and the semi-finished color box to be produced has just been put down. The distance between the baffle on both sides and the color box should be less than 1mm, and then adjust the limit bolt to ensure that each product to be pasted can pass smoothly without any fetter.

Adjust the slope and height of the support in the area to be pasted so that the products to be pasted can move forward smoothly without fettering. Adjust the auxiliary guide rail and flow wheel after pressing. Make its size suitable for the specification of the color box to be pasted.

Adjust the paste box belt and paste box guide rail, and then adjust the closing pressure of paste box host and wheel to cross fit with the belt.

Adjust the glue cylinder, and check whether the glue of the glue cylinder is sufficient. The amount of glue should be 80% of the rubber wheel, and then adjust the glue cylinder and the glue position.

Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration on key. After the machine is adjusted, press the "operation" or "inching" key. Press the "paper feeding" key to debug the machine and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. Any deviation should be corrected immediately.

After the commissioning is OK, 5-10 pieces of machine shall be tested first, and the machine speed shall be adjusted after confirming the position and forming specification.

When pasting the box, pay attention to the paper running state of the box, and do not exceed the line, go offline or dislocation, so as not to affect the appearance and forming effect of the color box.

Maintenance of automatic box pasting machine:

Machinery should be kept clean and cleaned frequently.

Wipe the mechanical belt with clean water to keep it clean and prevent slipping, especially to prevent it from sticking to the belt. The rubber wheel and rubber box on the bottom of the hook must be cleaned after work every day, otherwise the glue in the glue box will freeze and affect the gluing effect.

The glue box at the glue part of the folding shall be kept clean and scrubbed frequently.

It is forbidden to adjust the speed when the governor stops, otherwise the belt will be seriously worn.

The inner row plate support, shaft and roller shall be cleaned frequently, and mixed with lubricating oil and butter for better effect, which can shake left and right to prevent rust.

It is best to drive slowly before starting the machine to check whether there is any abnormality.
